THSL Engineering Centre, DSIR-certified since July 2016, is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to design and validate suspension systems to global standards. Our design expertise spans CAD, FEA, and ADAMS for product conceptualization, detailed design, virtual packaging, digital mock-ups, articulation, serviceability, and failure analysis. Advanced instrumentation with sensors for displacement, acceleration, strain, temperature, pressure, and force—supported by a 64-channel data logger—enables precise Road Load Data (RLD) acquisition and analysis, driving design improvements and test validation. Our testing facilities feature heavy-duty suspension rigs for multi-axis testing, system-level validation, and innovative procedures to replicate real-world failures. By integrating design, instrumentation, and testing, we deliver robust, reliable, and high-performance suspension solutions that meet the evolving demands of commercial vehicles.
