By keeping this critical operation under our direct control, we ensure consistent winding accuracy, insulation integrity, and magnetic performance. 100% End-of-Line (EoL) Testing – Stator & Motor

We conduct 100% End-of-Line (EoL) testing for both stators and fully assembled motors to guarantee uncompromised quality and performance. Each stator undergoes detailed electrical tests—resistance, inductance, hipot, surge, and insulation—to validate winding precision and insulation integrity before final assembly. Post-assembly, motors are tested for no-load current, speed, back EMF, cogging torque, and thermal behavior under simulated load conditions to ensure optimal functionality.

100% Traceability for Critical Operations and Child Parts

We maintain 100% traceability across all critical operations and components through a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integrated with our ERP. Each motor is digitally logged from stator winding to rotor assembly, with a unique serial number linked to production data, operator ID, machine parameters, test results, and component batches. This enables full process visibility and data-based quality control across manufacturing.
