In Mold Graining (IMG) Lamination

Lamination technology effectively bonds Skin to deep draw components by applying controlled heat and pressure for a specified duration. The process focuses on optimizing temperature and pressure parameters to minimize skin elongation during lamination. Additionally, high-performance adhesive formulations are carefully selected to ensure robust adhesion and prevent delamination at elevated temperatures, thereby preserving the integrity of the bond in diverse operational environments.
