Fabric Press Lamination

Press lamination technology effectively bonds fabric to deep draw components by applying controlled heat and pressure for a specified duration. The process focuses on optimizing temperature and pressure parameters to minimize fabric elongation during lamination. Additionally, high-performance adhesive formulations are carefully selected to ensure robust adhesion and prevent delamination at elevated temperatures, thereby preserving the integrity of the bond in diverse operational environments.

Key Features:

  • Enhanced Durability
  • Aesthetic Appeal
  • Noise Reduction
  • Weight Reduction
  • Environmental Benefits

Moulded in Colour (Pre-coloured moulding)

The application of Moulded-in-Colour technology enables plastic injection-moulded components to achieve predetermined colour and finish specifications. This process eliminates the need for painting, plating, scratching, and peeling. Additionally, it facilitates complete integration of colour into the parts.

Key Features:
Applicable for both exterior and interior body panels.
Delivers high-quality, durable, and vibrant colours and finishes, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Reduces overall parts costs.
Increases production efficiency while being environmentally friendly.

Metallic Decorative Trim

This is employed to significantly enhance the aesthetic appeal and elevate the quality of vehicle interiors and exteriors.

Key USPs

  • Metallic trim introduces an element of elegance to vehicle interiors and exteriors.
  • Offers enhanced resistance to wear and tear.
  • Provides a range of customization options.
  • Metallic trims are recyclable, contributing to sustainability.

High Gloss As-moulded parts

High gloss as-moulded parts feature a glossy, reflective surface finish that is achieved directly during the moulding process.

Key USPs

  • Provides a mirror-like reflection.
  • Enhanced scratch resistance.
  • Facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.

Hot Foil Stamping

Hot foil stamping is a process that applies metallic or pigmented foil to a solid surface using heat and pressure.

  • Incorporates backlit and secret-til-lit features.
  • Highly integrated with smart surfaces.
  • Reduces the number of components, leading to lower tooling costs.

Sustainable Materials

Our technology facilitates plastic recycling, a process that recovers plastic scrap or waste and reprocesses it into new products, effectively transitioning from a linear economy to a circular economy. We ensure that input raw material sources are certified and that the raw material compounds meet necessary certification standards. This process incorporates the use of post-industrial recycled (PIR) and post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic materials to promote sustainability.

Key USPs

  • Reduces carbon footprint.
  • Environmentally friendly.
  • Easily recyclable.

Ambient Lighting

Ambient lighting in vehicles enhances the atmosphere, allowing for customization based on driver preferences. It provides mood or comfort lighting in various locations, including the instrument panel, door handles, centre consoles, cup holders, and sunroof. The applications for ambient lighting are extensive.

Key USPs
