Our portfolio also includes stainless steel EGR coolers, designed with advanced Japanese technology, offering superior heat transfer, cost efficiency, and longevity. Expanding into the future of mobility, we manufacture components for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and fuel cell vehicles, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to evolving industry needs.

Engineering Capabilities

Tata Toyo Radiators combines strong engineering expertise with advanced R&D capabilities to deliver high-performance thermal management solutions. We have in-house design, prototype development, product testing, and validation facilities. We leverage proprietary software for thermal design and in-house Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis to enable high-precision engineering and optimized performance across applications. Over the past two decades, the team has designed and developed more than 300 unique heat exchangers that are in active production.

The R&D Centre at MIDC Bhosari, Pune—recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India—drives innovation and technology transfer from Japan to India. A dedicated team focuses on new technology development, product customization, and system optimization, supported by comprehensive testing and material development facilities that strengthen product reliability and performance.
