Forging Capabilities

Ferrous Casting Capabilities

Non-Ferrous Casting Component Capabilities

Plastic Components

  • Developed in materials such as PP, ABS, PSA, PU, Nylon-6, PC-ABS, Nylon-66, PPS, and PPE.
  • Expertise includes thermoforming, injection moulding, blow moulding, and vacuum forming.
  • Supported by advanced setups including horizontal, vertical, and gas-assisted injection moulding.
  • Post-processing capabilities include hot foil stamping and in-mould decoration.

Sheet Metal Component Capabilities

  • Materials:
    • Hot Rolled: Range of 2.5mm to 12.5mm
    • Cold Rolled / EDD / HSLA: Range of 0.65mm to 2mm thickness.

Rubber Components

  • Capabilities include compression moulding and extrusion, supported by facilities for batch weighing, mixing, and tooling.
  • Post-processing services such as CNC water jet cutting, automotive assembly, and thermal hose assembly ensure readiness for diverse applications.
