Integrated E-Drivetrains

Our portfolio includes 3-in-1 and X-in-1 e-Drives that integrate the motor, controller, and gearbox, along with DC-DC, OBC, and PDU modules in Gen 3.0 systems. Supporting 200–800 V platforms with peak outputs from 30 kW to 220 kW, these systems deliver scalable performance using PMSM and induction technologies, high-speed operation up to 20,000 rpm, and advanced oil-cooled designs. Each solution offers compact packaging, optimized power density, and thermal efficiency for reliable electric mobility.

Motors and Controllers for Commercial Vehicles

Engineered to deliver efficient power, reliability, and scalability across light and heavy-duty applications. The portfolio includes AC air-cooled PMSM motors and controllers for low-voltage systems (96 V) and AC liquid-cooled PMSM variants for 360–750 V platforms. Light commercial vehicle systems deliver 120 kW power and 240 Nm torque, while heavy commercial vehicle direct-drive systems offer torque outputs between 1,000 Nm and 3,500 Nm and peak power from 130 kW to 300 kW. Configurations include optimized designs for enhanced torque density, durability, and performance consistency across variable loads.

Range Extender

The Range Extender, Starters, and Alternators portfolio offers efficient, reliable, and high-performance solutions tailored for modern mobility applications. Range Extenders deliver 65–95 kW of power with 125–175 Nm torque, integrating advanced round wire and hairpin winding technologies for optimized efficiency. Starters range from 3.5 kW to 9.5 kW, available in 12 V and 24 V configurations with both Direct Drive and Gear Reduction options. Alternators, compact yet powerful, provide 35 A–300 A output in 14 V and 28 V variants, engineered for performance in temperatures from –40°C to 140°C.
