With an annual EV charger manufacturing capacity exceeding 10,000 units, we are continuously scaling up through new automated assembly systems and a dedicated Design Validation Process (DVP) line.
Tata AutoComp’s commitment to operational excellence is reinforced by advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that integrate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), e-Kanban, traceability, and digitalized workflows. These interconnected systems enable real-time visibility, optimized planning, and data-driven process improvements—delivering efficient, responsive, and high-quality manufacturing outcomes.
Our focus on automation and continuous improvement drives innovation across every stage of production. Through Value Stream Mapping (VSM) projects, we reduce Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities, eliminate waste, and streamline operations to maximize throughput. Material movement and documentation have been digitized to improve uptime, accuracy, and resource utilization across logistics and stores.
Lean Manufacturing principles guide our approach, reflected in initiatives such as Just-In-Time (JIT) ordering, Direct Online (DOL) parts, and the use of smart material-handling systems, including Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs). A dedicated technical team leads these initiatives, ensuring ongoing process optimization and continuous performance enhancement.
To uphold supplier and product quality, we have implemented an e-Vendor Quality Assurance (e-VQA) system for real-time supplier performance monitoring and control.
Our facility is fully equipped to manufacture and assemble EV chargers of the highest quality and consistency, supported by comprehensive testing and validation systems that ensure performance, reliability, and durability aligned with global customer standards.
