Through Value Stream Mapping (VSM) projects, we reduce Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities, eliminate waste, and streamline operations to maximize throughput. Material movement and documentation have been digitized to improve uptime, accuracy, and resource utilization across logistics and stores.
  • Lean Manufacturing principles guide our approach, reflected in initiatives such as Just-In-Time (JIT) ordering, Direct Online (DOL) parts, and the use of smart material-handling systems, including Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs). A dedicated technical team leads these initiatives, ensuring ongoing process optimization and continuous performance enhancement.
