NTACO is equipped with two state-of-the-art plastic component manufacturing facilities in Nanjing and Changshu, along with advanced engineering and testing facilities. Our plants feature large-tonnage injection molding machines, ranging from 800T to 1850T, allowing to manufacture complex components with precision. We utilize the latest technology to ensure consistency and quality in every aspect of manufacturing. The facilities include dedicated assembly lines to enhance production efficiency and support various automotive applications, including exterior and interior components.

Integrated Validation, Surface Treatment and Assembly

Our engineering strength extends beyond design to complete product validation. Our fully equipped lab conducts durability, climatic, and airflow tests during DV and PV phases. Surface treatment capabilities include water- and solvent-based painting for performance and aesthetics, supported by advanced assembly technologies like ultrasonic welding, hot stamping, and insert molding.
