Chakan Manufacturing Plant

The Chakan Manufacturing Plant specializes in high-performance composite material solutions supported by advanced SMC and BMC compounding, moulding, and automated finishing systems. It features a 1350 MT/month automatic SMC line with computer-controlled doctor boxes and an online chopper, plus a 450 T/month BMC line. Eight moulding presses (up to 3000 T) with vacuum and levelling control ensure Class-A surface quality. Robotic milling enables precision trimming, while conveyorized painting delivers consistent coating. The facility also manages cabin frame production through tube bending and laser cutting, supported by in-house design, validation, and testing.

Pantnagar Manufacturing Plant

The Pantnagar facility produces composite and plastic components using advanced moulding, milling, and finishing technologies. It operates four SMC moulding presses and three injection moulding presses supported by robotic milling for post-moulding precision. A conveyorised paint shop ensures consistent coating quality, while multi-material bonding enables efficient assembly of varied components. The plant meets international standards under IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
