Body in White (Skin Panels & Structural Steel Parts)

ASAL manufactures Body in White (BIW) parts, which include structural steel components such as the front floor, bonnet, body side inner, assembly rear quarter, firewall, side panels, and crash members, as well as skin panels such as the roof, dome, windshield panel, and door panels. Through advanced manufacturing processes and the use of high-strength materials, ASAL ensures that its BIW parts meet the rigorous demands of modern automotive applications.

Fuel Tank

We manufacture fuel tanks for both petrol and diesel variants in the passenger vehicle segment. Our production processes include in-house stamping, seam welding, leakage testing, powder coating, and assembly. Barcode implementation ensures full traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Oil Sump
