This initiative under HoPE that aims to transform Zilla Parishad schools and low-income private or aided schools into inspiring centers of learning. The focus lies on upgrading infrastructure, enhancing teaching practices, and strengthening student support systems. These improvements create a safe, inclusive environment that fosters curiosity, engagement, and confidence. Model School program is designed to nurture well-rounded learners, equipping them with the skills, mindset, and motivation needed to thrive in a dynamic, changing world.

This program creates village-based education hubs to help students recover from learning gaps caused by COVID-19 school closures. Managed by trained community fellows, these centers offer remedial classes, personalized tutoring, and essential learning resources. The initiative supports academic continuity and skill development in a familiar, encouraging environment. By making learning accessible and inclusive, Community Learning Centre empowers children to regain confidence, strengthen foundational knowledge, and stay engaged in their educational journey. 

Panditosav: Learn–See–Do 

Panditotsav is a rural classical performing arts initiative that introduces students in rural and tribal schools to India’s rich artistic heritage. Through masterclasses by legendary artists and workshops that encourage hands-on participation, the program nurtures creative curiosity across age groups. Students gain exposure to world-class performances and a platform to showcase their talent. Panditotsav inspires appreciation, expression, and learning, helping preserve classical art forms while enriching lives through culture and community engagement. 

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene [WASH] Management

WASH Management focuses on improving hygiene infrastructure in government schools across Khed Taluka, Pune. The initiative upgrades water and sanitation facilities while promoting healthy habits through awareness sessions and interactive workshops for students and teachers. By fostering responsible hygiene practices, WASH helps reduce health risks and absenteeism. The program creates clean, safe, and supportive learning environments, encouraging a culture of cleanliness and care that positively impacts student well-being and overall school experience.
