About the Programme

Infinity Cadre is Tata AutoComp’s flagship leadership development initiative. Participants undergo rotational stints across businesses, contribute to high-impact projects, and grow through guided mentorship. We reach out to the brightest minds on campuses through strong collaborations with IITs, IIMs, and other premier institutes across India. The programme equips them with cross-functional expertise, strategic insights, and the confidence to thrive as future leaders of the mobility ecosystem.
