industrial operations, Andres Ericson is responsible
for Artifex Systems AB in Sweden. Anders has
proven leadership in managing multi-plant regions,
driving lean manufacturing, and delivering consistent
financial growth in complex, low-margin
environments. He was a former Managing Director at
IMI Hydronic and Brose Sweden, with deep expertise
in logistics, product development, and organizational
restructuring. He also holds degrees in Mechanical
Engineering and Quality Management, with
international training at Toyota in Japan. Anders
focus is building high-performing teams, implementing strategic improvements, and securing
customer satisfaction through operational excellence and continuous improvement
initiatives.

At Artifex Systems AB, Anna Axelson is responsible
for Sales and Commercial activities, with global
responsibility for business strategy, new business
development, and business control. She brings over
30 years of experience in the automotive industry,
with a focus on sales, management, business
control, and project leadership. Anna has a strong
track record in customer relations, commercial
agreements, and building long-term partnerships.She
is a result-driven and engaged leader with passion
for creating value – both for the company and the
customer.

At Artifex Systems AB, Fiona is responsible for People
& Compliance function. With over 25 years of
international progressive experience in human resource
management, she brings deep expertise in
organizational development, employee relations, HRIS,
and global compliance. Fiona is skilled at aligning
business needs with HR programs and policies that
support the company’s vision, values, and strategic
goals. As Artifex transitions and grows, Fiona’s focus is
to provide strong leadership across the organization
and foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement.

Johan Malmberg is on an interim basis responsible for
the IT functions at Artifex Systems AB, including
responsibility for production systems, infrastructure,
and network operations. He has over 30 years of
experience in the automotive industry, including 25
years specializing in IT. Since 2000, Johan has led
numerous IT projects, including the development of
several greenfield plants. He brings deep expertise in
industrial IT and is recognized for his hands-on
leadership in building robust, scalable systems that
support operational excellence.

Martin is responsible for Procurement at Artifex
Systems AB, where he leads a forward-thinking
and skilled procurement team. His focus is on
establishing processes and practices that align
with the size and aspirations of Artifex, enabling
the team to concentrate on high-value
procurement activities. Martin brings nearly 30
years of experience in the automotive industry,
including senior roles in program management,
quality, and business leadership.

Prior to joining Artifex, he served as Senior
Business Manager at IAC Sweden. Martin is a committed advocate for employee
development, inclusion, and creating opportunities for people to thrive professionally.

Mikael is responsible for R&D and Program
management at Artifex Systems AB, a senior leader
with 30 years of experience in the automotive industry
and has a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Product
Development. He holds a position within Program
Management and Manufacturing Technologies at Artifex
Systems AB and has a strong background in program
development, operational management, and leading
cross-functional teams. Mikael is recognized for driving
complex projects from concept to production. He is a
strong workshop facilitator with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and aligning
product development with business goals.

At Artifex Systems AB, Per Stenfelt is responsible for
Engineering and has nearly 30 years of experience in
the automotive industry. Since 2008, he has held
strategic roles across program management, tooling,
and engineering, bringing over a decade of leadership
experience to the Artifex organization. Per is a resultsdriven leader with a strong track record of delivering
complex programs, driving operational excellence, and
influencing stakeholders across functions. He thrives in
entrepreneurial environments, where innovation and
continuous improvement are central to success. With a
clear focus on developing products and processes that push boundaries and create longterm value, Per combines strategic vision with a collaborative mindset to build highperforming teams and deliver sustainable results.

Ulf Wohlin is interim responsible for Finance and
Controlling at Artifex Systems AB, with responsibility
for financial operations across three plants and central
functions. He joined IAC in April 2024 as Interim Plant
Controller for the Färgelanda facility and transitioned
into a regional role in July 2025. With 27 years of
experience in senior finance positions, including VP
Finance & IT, Finance Director, and Finance Manager,
Ulf brings deep expertise in financial leadership,
operational control, and team development. He is
committed to building strong processes and routines
that ensure high-quality support to internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
