Thierry Bolloré is a French businessman who holds an MBA from Paris-Dauphine University, specializing in Finance.

He has over 30 years of international business experience, across Europe & Asia.

Mr. Bolloré began his career in 1990 with Michelin & held multiple positions across the world.

In 2005, he joined the global automotive supplier Faurecia as Vice President, Asia, Exhaust Systems Product Group, based in China. Then he was at the top front of Emcon successful takeover, worldwide competitor of FECT, followed by its main turnaround and full integration in Europe.

During the last decade, Mr Bolloré drove transformational growth in the automotive industry for two flagship groups. His deep understanding of market dynamics and emerging technologies enabled him to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on disruptive trends.

In 2012, he joined Renault Groupe and became ‘COO’ & finally ‘CEO’. In 2020 to 2023, he held the positions of CEO and Executive Director at Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) & Non-Executive Director at Tata Motors (TML). At JLR he sponsored the strategic plan, entitled ‘Reimagine’, to reinvent sustainable modern luxury by launching large-scale automotive transformation, setting a zero-carbon target for all its products & operations.

From mid-2023, he is Lead Operating Director and Advisory Partner of Partners Group, a Swiss € 150 billion AUM Private Equity. He is also Chairman of the Board of Cloudflight (a critical missions SW company), Velvet Care and Pharmathen.

He is also a Board Member of the start-up About: Energy and Senior Strategic Advisor of Bedeo.

In addition to his native French, he is fluent in English, German & Japanese language.

Arvind holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. He has completed advance leadership and management programs from Harvard Business School, NYU Stern School of Business and Center for Creative Leadership in Singapore.

Arvind is currently the Vice Chairman of Tata AutoComp Systems Limited w.e.f. January 02, 2025. Previously, he was the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Tata AutoComp Systems Limited till October 2022. Associated with the Tata Group since 2018, Arvind has held several leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and President and has been instrumental in creating multiple joint ventures and the acquisition of TitanX.

Previously, Arvind has held senior leadership positions in several companies, including Man Force Trucks, Force Motors, Bajaj Tempo, and Kirloskar Oil Engines.

Arvind has been an active member of various industry bodies and currently serves as Board Member of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA); Chairman of Western Region Automotive Components Manufacturers Association (ACMA); Elected Member of CII National Council and CII Western Regional Council.

With an extensive experience of more than 40 years in the automotive industry, Arvind has been the recipient of several awards, including “India’s most Inspirational Leader 2020” by White Page International, “Global Indian of the year 2020-21” by Asia one, “Auto Component Leader of the year 2021” by Auto Components India Magazine and “Economic Times Inspiring CEO 2021” by Economic Times.

Arvind is married to Dr. Suniti and they have a son and a daughter.

Manoj Kolhatkar is the Managing Director and CEO of Tata AutoComp, where he focuses on innovation and global expansion to deliver transformative solutions and strengthen the company’s presence across diverse industries.

Manoj holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and PGDBM from Pune University. His career began at Tata Motors in 1989, where he held various roles across multiple departments.

Manoj previously served as the CEO of Tata Yazaki and also held the position of CEO at Tata AutoComp’s Interiors & Plastics Division.

Before joining Tata AutoComp, Manoj was associated with the ANAND Group, where he served as Managing Director of Gabriel India and later as Group Co-COO, overseeing critical corporate functions and leading multiple joint ventures.

Mr. Ankur Verma, a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and PGDM from IIM, Calcutta has around 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy. At present, Mr. Verma is Group Chief Strategy Officer at Tata Sons Private Limited, where he has responsibilities in strategy, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he was Managing Director (Investment Banking Division) in Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and also Group Manager & Head, Business Planning in Infosys Technologies Limited – Corporate Planning Group. He currently serves on the boards of several Tata group companies.

Sonali Kulkarni is a Business Leader and Environmentalist.  She is currently helping build a Venture Studio in the Life Science space at C-Camp in Bangalore.

She was the CEO of FANUC India for 17 years and a member of the global executive team and helped build it into the leader in the Machine Tool Industry.  She has served on the Boards of Mahindra Electric and also the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association.

Sonali has an MBA from Ohio State University, an LLB and is a Chartered Accountant and CPA.  She was voted as Most Powerful Woman 3 times by Business Today.

Ms. Varsha Purandare is a highly accomplished banking professional with 36 years of experience across credit, forex, treasury, capital markets, investment banking, and private equity, primarily with the State Bank of India (SBI) and its subsidiaries. She has held several top leadership roles, including Managing Director and CEO of SBI Capital Markets, and served on the boards of multiple SBI group companies both in India and internationally. Her career highlights include launching new business lines, implementing risk frameworks, and driving strategic growth.

Ms. Purandare has a Diploma in Business Management from Pune University and is a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from Pune University.

Mr. Milind Shahane aged 62 years is B. Tech (Chem Eng.), MS and PGDM. He has a work experience of over 30 years with various Tata companies since joining TAS in 1990. He has worked in different functions and positions like CEO, COO, Business Head, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, HR / IR, Administration and General Management.

He has handled Manufacturing, Design and R&D for Engineering Equipment like Forklifts, Cranes, Construction Equipment, Crushing / Screening equipment. He has worked in factory environment for Voltas Thane including handling Union negotiations as HR head. He is experienced in Manufacturing and Operations to attain various goals of Efficiency, Cost Effectiveness, On Time Delivery etc. He has served as Director on Boards of various companies – both Tata and non-Tata viz. Drive India, Tata Advance Materials, Lakshmi Automatic Looms Ltd., Voltas Material Handling Ltd. etc.

He has experience of over 19 years in MD / CEO / COO / SBU head roles with profit center responsibilities. He has successful accomplishment in all roles in various organizations – have transformed the divisions, SBUs, functions and companies during each tenure. He has significant achievements to turnaround many businesses, design and manufacture and launch of new products / services, strategy formation and implementation etc. He has strong analytical skills, grasping abilities, knowledge of various functions including legal, finance / accounts, ability to handle large teams including labor and unions.

Thomas Flack was appointed Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of AGRATAS – A TATA Enterprise in August 2022.

Tom began his career immediately after graduating from Michigan State University with a master’s degree in business administration and an undergraduate degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. His first role was as a technology transfer specialist at Michigan State University, where he taught a master’s level technology transfer course between the Colleges of Engineering and Business.

After a few years in start-ups, Tom joined Ford Motor Company as a buyer. Over 14 years, he worked globally, eventually becoming the Global Purchasing Director for Raw Materials and Stampings. In this role, he led sourcing, quality, delivery, and total cost optimization across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.

In 2017, Tom joined Tata Motors as Chief Procurement Officer and over five years, significantly contributed to the company’s progress.

Tom’s leadership experience, from start-ups to global OEMs, has shaped the culture and management of Agratas. He encourages teamwork, care for one another, and personal and professional growth to be the best you can be.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid baseball player and golfer.
