Worker Facilitation Centre

Supporting migrant workers, this initiative enables access to essential services and entitlements. Legal aid, identity documentation, and social security linkages strengthen financial and social inclusion. Women workers benefit from focused efforts such as cluster formation and SPOC capacity building. The program fosters a safer, more informed, and empowering work environment, promoting rights awareness, workplace dignity, and improved quality of life for vulnerable worker communities across the industrial ecosystem.

Sankalp

Sankalp supports children from migrant and tribal communities through structured after-school programs, teacher capacity building, and one-on-one mentorship. The initiative addresses learning gaps and promotes inclusive education by creating a supportive academic environment tailored to the needs of marginalized students. Focused on long-term impact, it nurtures foundational skills, boosts confidence, and encourages continuity in education. SAHJEEVAN

Sahjeevan promotes animal population management and zoonotic disease prevention through focused birth control and anti-rabies vaccination drives, especially for female animals. In partnership with RESQ, the initiative raises awareness on responsible pet ownership and builds compassion through education and community engagement. Locals participate in conflict mitigation efforts, supporting peaceful coexistence between humans and animals. The program strengthens public health systems, encourages empathy, and helps create safer, more informed communities that value both wellbeing and environmental balance.

Saksham

Saksham empowers adults, by providing essential reading, writing, and numeracy skills through accessible and tailored education. Implemented in partnership with Urmee, the initiative creates a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and builds self-confidence. Focused on promoting lifelong learning, Saksham helps individuals engage more actively in personal, social, and economic spheres. The program strengthens the foundation for community development, enabling informed decision-making, independence, and greater inclusion in everyday life
