Commissioned in November 2023, our 150,000 sq. ft. dedicated Busbar manufacturing facility represents a benchmark in advanced EV component manufacturing. Certified to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, it features dedicated, customer-specific production lines for flexible, rigid, and hybrid busbars, ensuring precision, efficiency, and scalability across every project.
Our facility is equipped with advanced automated machinery and updated equipment to meet customer quality and delivery expectations. We operate a fully automated nickel-plating plant and a silver and copper button brazing machine. A comprehensive traceability system and Industry 4.0 is in process for implementation across assembly lines, enabling real-time data collection on production metrics and quality parameters. This approach enhances transparency, accountability, and quality control, boosting customer satisfaction.
Our in-house testing lab with CT scanning machine is vital for product quality and reliability. During Development Validation (DV) and Production Validation (PV) phases, we conduct rigorous physical validation to assess product performance and durability. Our testing includes a range of procedures such as regulatory busbar testing, dielectric testing, pull-out testing, gloss and roughness assessments, surface cleanliness checks, peel and fatigue testing, metallographic analysis, chemical resistance, and flame propagation resistance.
